Indians Champions League (“ICL”, “we”, “us”) collects player and payment information solely to operate trial registration and communication.

Information collected during registration — name, age, contact details, playing specialty and location — is used only for trial administration and support communication. Identity and eligibility documents are optional and, if provided, are collected separately at the trial or verification stage, not during online registration.

Payment details are processed by our payment provider and are never stored on ICL servers.

This policy covers data handling only. Player safety, medical fitness and liability during trials and matches are governed by our Terms & Conditions, which every registrant must accept before applying.
